Staying at the Winnock Arms
Once again, we start the new year at the Winnock Arms at Drymen which is close to Loch Lomond.
This is an all inclusive package, which includes packed lunches, free bar on selected drinks between 1930 and 2200 and free wine at your dinner table. This traditional run hotel is renowned for its roaring log fires and entertainment programme and is the perfect place to be on a cold winters evening.

Our Itinerary
DAY 1 After your doorstep collection, we join our coach and travel north over the border into Scotland with refreshment stops to our hotel in Drymen, east of Loch Lomond for dinner and 4 nights stay.
DAY 2 After a hearty Scottish breakfast we head out firstly to Balmaha before continuing to view the Trossachs Pier at Loch Katrine. Loch Katrine is full of history; it was the birthplace of clan leader and later outlaw Rob Roy McGregor. For over 160 years, Loch Katrine has provided a fresh water supply for Glasgow and much of west and central Scotland. We later travel via Brig o’ Turk to the pretty town of Callander. The town lies immediately south of the Highland Boundary Fault which is historically a meeting point between the Highlands and the Lowlands before returning to our hotel in time for dinner and inclusive drinks.
DAY 3 A full day again today as we follow the shores of Loch Lomond to the Green Welly visitor centre before enjoying a country run to Loch Fyne and the traditional county town of Inverary.
DAY 4 Today we head to the city of Stirling. At the heart of its old town, medieval Stirling Castle is on a craggy volcanic rock. On the Abbey  Craig outcrop, the National Wallace Monument is a 19th-century tower. It overlooks the site of the 1297 Battle of Stirling Bridge, where William Wallace defeated the English.
DAY 5 After a leisurely full Scottish breakfast, we depart our hotel and travel south making comfort stops on the way before joining our exclusive door-to-door service to your home.
