The Isle of Man at the Empress Hotel, Douglas
Single Supplement: 48.00
Staying at the 3 star Empress Hotel – Douglas
The superbly situated three star Empress hotel on the seafront at Douglas is our base for this holiday. We tour the whole island including the famous TT course via Ramsey, Port Erin and St John’s, the location of the ancient Tynwald or Islands Government. Our crossings to the island are to and from Heysham. Douglas is the capital and largest town on the Isle of Man. In 1869 the island’s government, the Tynwald relocated to Douglas from Castletown. The annual TT course starts and finishes here.
