Our Itinerary
DAY 1 After your personal door-to-door service has picked you up from your doorstep, we join our coach and make our way to Warwick, famous for its magnificent castle. We aim to arrive at resort in plenty of time to settle in before dinner and entertainment.
DAY 2 A free morning to enjoy your surroundings and take part in any of the activities. This afternoon we head out to Chipping Norton. There is plenty of historical interest, including the Grade I listed St Mary’s Church and the grand Town Hall.
DAY 3 A full day today as we travel first to the pretty town of Moreton-in-Marsh. Moreton’s High Street is lined with elegant Cotswolds stone buildings which house many specialist shops, antique emporiums, tea rooms and delis. This afternoon we make our way to the village of Broadway. Often referred to as the ‘Jewel of the Cotswolds’, Broadway village lies beneath Fish Hill on the western Cotswold escarpment.
DAY 4 A full day again today. This morning, we drive to the town of Cheltenham. It is a spa town which dates back to the discovery of mineral springs in 1716. The town is famous for its Regency architecture and is said to be “the most complete Regency town in England”. This afternoon we have an included visit to Sudeley Castle and Gardens. Sudeley is a Tudor jewel with 1,000 years of history, formal gardens, events, tours and exhibitions.
DAY 5 Today we leave for home. We retrace our steps north for an included visit to the Black Country Museum. Experience the Black Country of yesteryear as you explore over 250 years of history, from the Industrial Revolution to post-war prosperity. We later head to your door-to-door service which will be waiting to return you to your homes.
